CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE

The State Ministry of Women Affairs under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. (Surv.) Gertrude Nnanjar Njar congratulates  His Excellency Sir Ben Ayade on a well deserved award.

The Special Adviser thanks the President Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nig. Maj. General Muhammadu Buhari for Identifying the Governor of Cross River State Prof. Ben Ayade as one among the 447 Nigerians to be honoured with a National Award of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) .

The Special Adviser Women Affairs Assoc. Prof. (Surv.) Gertrude Nnanjar Njar describes the honour as a remarkable honour for a man who is irrevocably committed to National projects. She further notes that Senator Ayade has passionately and significantly migrated the state from a Civil Service State to an industrial hub. It is worthy also to place on record Governor Ayade's commitment to human capital development.
