The Cross River State Ministry of Women Affairs in collaboration with the Industrial Training Fund, organised a 3days training workshop on"Developing Leadership Capabilities in Women". The workshop aims at exposing women to current trends for effective leadership especially in the present digital world. Courses at the training workshop include : Emotional Leadership and Handling Difficult People, Coaching, Mentoring and Counseling, Effective Communication and Public Speaking Skills etc. Present at the training to gain more skills was the Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Women Affairs Associate Prof. Gertrude Nnanjar Njar. Surv. Njar expressed gratitude to the I.T.F , Calabar Area office and the facilitators for such a timely training to help women balance career and home. Each participant was presented with a certificate of participation.
